Last year October 2020 I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, @ East rand mall I was supposed to get 32inch Samsung TV as well, and I told the lady who was helping me that I don't have a TV license and she said to me even if the TV license it's not under my name it's ok, if its valid, I send everything they wanted for my TV application and send me a reference that my application has been approved I will get my TV after 4 to 5 weeks, I called them after 3 months asking about the TV they said I will get my TV soon they still busy with deliveries, now its August 2021 they changed the story they telling me that my TV license it's not on my name I can't get the TV and I told them that the lady who was helping me she said I can get the TV even if it's not under my name, I bought that phone cos of that TV now I can't get it, u guys are making advert cos u want sales, u failed me Samsung I've called more than 10 people from Samsung everyone is tell me a different story
