Samsumg rewards couldnt burn
On the 18th of June 2018. Samsung added some Level U wireless earphones to the store. As the store is closing i wanted to use my points asap. It cost 300 000 and i have 309 164. It showed that there was 8 still available (i took a screen shot), but the app wouldnt let me burn my points. Very dissappointed.
Ive also emailed twice.

The Samsung Rewards team is planning to provide burn opportunities through a competition with multiple prizes (and winners). We will allow multiple entries for the competition – i.e. the more you enter the higher your chances of winning. The competition is expected to go live in the month of June, and will be live until 31 August when the service closes.
How bout a sorry that your app sucks??
