Same Price to fix phone as to buy new phone!?!
Had my daughters phone for 2 years now, then all of a sudden, it wont turn on and charging it shows an "over temperature" error and will no longer turn on. Obviously a fault with the temperature sensor, so sent it in for repairs... Get quoted the same price as buying a BRAND NEW SAME PHONE???!!!
Is this the After Market services you should expect from a Massive Brand...
Needless to say, I will not pay that, and will NEVER buy another Samsung phone in my life... Moving over to Xiaomi
