S9 and Gear Fit Pro Promo legit or False advertising?

Recently upgraded to a Samsung S9, intrigued by the offer MTN had with the S9 and Gear Fit Pro campaign, i opted on a S9, only to be told once the deal was done that you would have to claim the Gear Fit Pro on the samsung rewards app. Got home, phone set up and clicked on the rewards app only to see that no option to claim the Gear Fit Fit. Sent an email to S rewards only to be told that SAMSUNG SA is out of stock and unfortunately we cant be promised if stock will ever be recieved. ?????? Who runs a campaign without communication between the parties involved, MTN and Samsung SA u guys are duping loyal customers. I will like my Gear Fit Pro as promised or MTN and Sumsung you guys can have your phone back.
