S8 Faulty handset, recurring issue

I am writing this as I dont know how else to contact someone at Samsung who might have the authority to fix this issue. I got a new S8 with a contract upgrade using Cell C via GloCell. Since I got the new handset it is obvious that it is faulty. I have had numerous issues with it charging. From not charging at all, to it saying the port is wet(which is impossible, I dont allow my phone to get even close to water, I dont trust "waterproof" claims), then the fast charging stops working, then it wont charge at all again, and to right now, where the phone battery died and now it wont charge at all, dead phone. I have sent it for repairs 3 times already in the last year. Twice with Glocell and once, a month ago with Samsung, and now again the charging issue happens, for the 4th time. For the first year of my contract I have only had my phone for half that time. It is very simple to see the handset has some kind of charging mechanism fault that is recurring, every time I get it fixed the same thing happens again a short while later. I am now over getting it fixed, I cannot anymore, this phone was the worst I have ever had, to the point that after this contract is up I will cancel it, get a new one and move to a new phone make. As I have not given Samsung a chance to rectify this, I am doing so now, I hope someone will see this who will take this faulty phone back and give me a new one, instead of telling me to give it to them again to fix, and I know for sure the problem will be back a month later.
