S7 Edge overheating causing the battery to swell and cause irreparable damage.

<p>Two Months ago my sister had her S7 edge swell up, cracked the glass at the back of the phone, and damaged some other parts also. Been sent from pillar to post trying to get this phone replaced.</p> <p>Firstly this is not neglegance, this is a factory fault and it's no secret that S7 edge has a bad repuation in terms of overheating and BLOWING UP! The phone is insured, but i dont see why we should pay a cent for something that was not caused by the user. Then we went to Samsung Walk in centre in Constania, and they investigate the damages and sent a quote, i've reached a point now where im tired of trying to fight this with Samsung. Why should we pay anything when this was not due to neglagance? This is just Bull**** and i'd expect much better service than the **** we've been getting all over! Hope this review gets to Samsung head qautres so they are aware of the ****py service they have to offer!!!! I dont want to hear any stories of what is covered and what is not covered by insurance, All i want to know is when will this phone be replaced, not fixed, but replaced!!!! This is pathetic and some bull**** on a whole other level.</p>
