S7 Edge - Overheated - 1 month old - Bad Service

I acquired my brand new S7 Edge on 31 August 2016. I charged the phone overnight on Tuesday 18 October 2016, waking up on Wednesday 19 October 2016, I picked up the phone and it was extremely hot with a burning smell and indicated that the phone was overheating. I could not unlock the phone as it seemed to hang so I decided to switch off the phone and unplug the charger. Switch the phone back on and everything seemed fine so did not worry too much at that stage. However on Thursday 20 October 2016 the battery was nearly empty so I decided to charge the phone again, plugged in the orignal S7 edge charger which I always use, phone was not charging at all. Closer inspection I noticed that some of the pins of the original charger burned away and some damage can be seen inside the charging connector on the phone. I though these overheating issues only affected the Note range? Besides being very dissappointed in the phone as its not even 2 months old and I rely on the phone for business purposes thats why I decided on getting a high end phone, I was calm as Samsung after sales support has been very good in the past as I've supported samsung over the years from tv's, microwaves, refrigerators, etc. I've got several samsung applicances in my home. I was under the impression that samsung will quickly pick up the phone, replace / provide me with a loan unit at least. Never thought I was going to be this wrong. I contacted a samsung approved repair shop in Centurion and they indicated that I need to bring in the phone and charger and they cannot provide me with an time frame as to when the phone will be repaired, loan unit they will maybe be able to provide a Samsung pocket phone, would be nice if your Ferrari broke down after a month and they provide you with a beetle to drive around in. I then decided to contact the samsung support / repair centre in Garstfontein. The lady indicated she cannot provide me with an estimated time frame as to when the phone will be repaired, no loan unit, and no technician until Monday. I then decided to phone samsung support line directly to resolve this issue promptly. After indicating everything that happened with the brand new high end phone, I was given a reference number and informed that someone will contact me within 48 hours? This is highly unacceptable, R16 000 + phone and it breaks within 2 months and now I have to sit and wait for further instructions as to what can be done without having a phone to conduct business with. I then decided to try to reach a supervisor later the afternoon and I was informed that the 48 hours is policy and they initially refused to put me through to a supervisor but after words got heated I was transferred to a senior consultant. After explaining everything I was once again informed I have to take it in to a repair shop, no estimated time until repaired and no loan unit, no replacement. After words got heated again it was decided that my phone with charger and all will be picked up by a courier company. The courier company picked up the phone and I decided to phone the support line to indicate that if they repair the phone please do not reset to factory defaults as there is critical data on the phone that I cannot lose. I did not have time to backup as I did not expect the phone to overheat all of a sudden. The consultant then indicated the person handling my query is not available. Seriously if this is what samsungs after sales service has come to, I will defintely think twice before buying any samsung product again. Now I have to borrow a phone from someone else as samsung cannot provide me with a loan unit after their high end R16 000 + phone breaks after 1 month of use. Ironic thing is that Samsung ADH will come to your house and collect, repair, deliver and provide you with a similar loan phone while your device is being repaired for a cracked screen / water damage. I'm highly dissapointed and would appreciate it if someone can assist and resolving this matter urgently. My reference number is: **********
