S6 Edge and Clearview cover

I have purchased the samsung s6 edge and fitted a clearview cover on the day I received the phone. I have also noticed the buff scratches that many users have reported, and that samsung has acknowledged is a know issue/fault: [URL Removed]<br> <br> How do I get this repaired without affecting the ADH repair? I have contacted customer service, and no one seems to know that this is a known issue or that it should be repaired outside of ADH.
