S5 Mini and Gear 2

I have been a samsung fan for many years and have now come to be highly dissapointed in Samsung and would rather recommend others to go the Apple.<br> Hi have had my Gear 2 Watch replaced twice already as it just malfunctions and Samsung doe not no why.. My Gear 2 has yet again malfunctioned and am just tired to have to take another one in for the third time.. Samsung has gone down hill and their equipment has become unreliable.<br> <br> I also have a S5 Mini which continuously freezes on me, I am unable to answer incoming calls and am lucky if i can answer a call a day.. seems Samsung quality of reliability is non existant any more which is Sad as i use to be a huge Samsung fanatic<br> <br> Am now sitting with another brokesnGear 2 watch which i cannot use and an S5 mini which i have to hope can lost me until my upgrade in 2017.
