S4 Galaxy Unacceptable Battery Life

I have lodged a prior complaint regarding my Galaxy S4 with a bad battery to which Samsung did reply stating that it was simply a bad battery batch and sent me a new battery. 6 months down the road and the \new"battery does exactly the same thing! The phone does not even last for 4 hours and the battery gets extremely hot. I am really thoroughly disgusted that Samsung can put their brand name on such a useless piece of equipment. It is negatively impacting on my business and personal lifestyle and the pathetic phone needs to be connected to a charger literally the whole day.<br> <br> I am really fuming right now and guarantee if this phone represents the kind of products you have tested and put on the consumer market"
