I bought a galaxy s23fe last year in December. The phone has never been updated. It has been stuck on one UI 5.1 September update. I got my child a galaxy a25 yesterday and boom it is updated to 6.1. I do not get how this batches work.

11 Jul 2024, 10:25I received a call from one of your consultants. They said something about updates been released in batches. The sad thing is that no one seems to know when the company plans on updating all the devices. The best thing is to sit, hope and wait that you will be in the next batch. For an update that came out last year this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I bought the device; I pay for it and I don't choose which months I will pay and which ones to skip. Do the right thing.

30 Jul 2024, 10:46At this rate. I will go on retirement waiting for Samsung. Please next time be specific that I bought a device that is in the unlucky batch, I will wait forever for a software update. We are already in the second half of the year.
