S22 PRE-ORDER PROMO is a ****
Please regard any promotion by Samsung as a **** at this point. I regret not looking at reviews here first before taking on this offer which is supposed to come with free Buds Pro.
After completing my application for the S22 Pre-order promo I had to follow up by mail as I had not received confirmation. 26 March I got a response stating that it was successful and that I'd be receiving my Buds Pro in 7-14 working days.
I waited patiently and don't get any feedback in the time they mentioned. I call the support line, stay on hold for 30min+ and manage to get a tracking number for the alleged parcel. When tracked through the courier of choice i see that the parcel is returned to sender because of a problem with the address. News to me, I did not any communication prior to anything being dispatched.
The long story short...I have been going back and forth since and being given 3 tracking numbers with the same message. Return to sender! I've spoken to so many reps and they all escalate this but it obviously doesn't result to me getting my buds pro as advertised!
It is not mid-May and i call every week, stay on the line for over 40min at times, just so i can be given a bogus tracking number and assurance that my case will be escalated!
Please don't fall for any Samsung Pre-order Promos like I did, along with so many other people as I've just realised!
