S21fe tablet promo
I have been waiting since February for my tablet that came with the purchase of the S21fe. I've called and sent emails and have just been supp**** with empty promises and excuses. I was assured 4 weeks ago my tablet would be delivered that week and yet still nothing. Now the promotions team don't answer calls anymore and head office claim it's a different samsung department so they cannot assist. As far as I'm concerned this is a **** and false advertising on Samsung behalf and based on all the other reviews, everyone feels the same. It's disgusting and Samsung need to step up here and resolve this matter.

Not even head office can get feedback from marketing. I keep getting told someone will call me yet nothing. This is *****, false advertising and a massive ****. You falsely lured people into buying a product that came with a tab and then cannot deliver on that promotion. You have decieved your customers and put your name in very bad light. Just look at all the bad reviews saying the same thing about this promotion and the fact that no one responds. Is this the name you want associated with your brand??? I suggest the department responsible gets their act together before action is taken.
