S21 FE promotion - claim invalid
Good day
I purchased a S21 FE from Takealot and claimed the tablet on the Samsung Members app per T&Cs. Immediately after a follow up call with Boipelo via the call centre (she advised that she will escalate the matter), I receive an email indicating that my claim is invalid.
The T&Cs mention Vodacom or its partners and when I switch the phone on it has a Vodacom background.
One of the reasons I bought this specific device was the promotion.
I'm very disappointed and would like to hear back from Samsung. I cannot understand why I am not entitled to the tablet as I am per your T&Cs.
