S20 ultra busted phone!!!!

I made the biggest mistake of getting a samsung S20 Ultra and for choosing a samsung when i upgraded my cellphone contract. Its a R25 000 phone and started giving me problems after only 2 months. Took it to 2 samsung technicians and the phone is still working the way its suppose to. Then samsung told me according to the cpa they must replace my device if its still within 6 months old. And guess what. Telkom and samsung is refusing to exchange the device. Ive had huawei phones for the past 4 years and decided to give samsung another go. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! NOBODY wants to help me and ive had enough. I REGRET the day i upgraded to a samsung!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
