S10e GALAXY BUDS YET TO ARRIVE
i purchased a samsung s10e and redeemed the galaxy buds way back in may and have yet to receive them. the courier company say they tried to deliver but nothing has arrived samsung said back in june they had no stock and when stock comes in they will deliver but nothing has arrived. i have the waybill no. and now an escalation no. ***
