S10 Screen cracked with very little pressure.
I have had Samsung smartphones and TVs for as long as i can remember. From the Samsung S2 to the S10. I have also never damaged one of my phones. I always buy UAG armor covers immediately. Yesterday my phone was in my pocket, i climbed out of my car which was parked close to another car and in squeezing out, my phones screen cracked. Im quite shocked that it broke so easily. I dont think i would buy another one, unless it is just a fault on this specific device's screen.

02 Oct 2019, 08:47I spoke to your "Voice of customer department". The attitude was very careless. I don't expect a new phone or free fix. All your customer service want to do is point out that it is customer negligence. What you should be doing is asking what the serial number of the device is so you can report it to Samsung technical. Very disappointing Samsung SA....
