S PEN Stuck Not Backwards

Galaxy note 5 is a great phone however the pen they supp**** me with has now been stuck for over a week. After googling many videos and reading lots and lots of spam about people inserting it backwards I discovered that the pen also does get stuck if used correctly and inserted the way it was designed.<br> <br> This means it is a design floor or a batch that has the issue. However after my last experience trying to sort out phones I have learnt it is easier to make noise on here first and then deal with it further if no one helps Which seems to be the general attitude of Samsung with this particular fault. Online techs are assuming people are all abusing the pen or inserting it incorrectly and not bothering to address the issue those of us are having that have not done this. <br> <br> Please assist asap. I would not be stoked for you if i need t migrate back to apple after only 2 months on the android network. Can't believe my luck!
