Rust on 18 month old fridge not covered...?

I purchased a Samsung RB29FWRNDSA refrigerator on the 19/08/2013 in Port Elizabeth.<br> After a year and a half (Samsung fridges come with a 24 month warranty) the fridge door started to rust around the bottom of the water dispenser, the bottom right hand side of the fridge door and the bottom left hand side of the freezer drawer.<br> I contacted Makro and informed them of the problem and they referred me to the service agents TTS.<br> I called TTS and informed them of the problem and they opened up a job card and said that they will send someone round to assess the problem. A few weeks later the assessor arrived on the 1st of August to take pictures of the rust.<br> Over the course of August, October and November I called repeatedly and left numerous messages to find out what was going on and got no feedback from them.<br> Eventually when I got hold of someone who could actually help me they said \sorry that job card has expired and has been closed"<br> So the whole process had to start from the beginning"
