******* dishwasher, worse service

Purchased a R8500 dishwasher last year October. The soap dispenser only open approx 1/3 times. After 2 repairs I asked for a replacement and was shouted down with threats of the CPA and how they had no obligation beyond repairing it again. Unsurprisingly, the soap dispenser still doesn't work. Rude service from the technician and unhelpful attitude from Samsung SA mean that I will never buy another one of their products again.
