I'm currently having the worst experience with this shop. I bought a washing machine of a Samsung brand early this year. For a long period of time because it is an automatic machine I never took notes of the default it had. I then took time to call them after finding out what kind of fault it had. They sent through 3 technicians who came out and wen they tested the machine with me present, they saw what was wrong and the technician told me to 'pour the softner on top of my clothes because there was nothing wrong that he saw with the machine'. I asked a simple question that how is that possible if the softner has a compartment to go in but that doesn't operate; I never got an answer. I went on to communicate with Felicia who was handling my case, the technician refused to have a conference call and solve the predicament I faced. I was told that as he wrote on his report that is how the machine is suppose to operate though the softner gets thrown out with water and doesn't go to the clothes. I went to game where I bought it a month and a half ago, I haven't been called back by the store only to find out from Felicia that game called them and they are not going to assist me further.
