Replacing glass for third time in 18 months
<p>I bought a top of the line convection microwave from Hirsch's. Model number MC456TBRCSR. I read the manual from end to end so I know how to use it. I use the convection feature frequently as it's powerful and quick as the area is small. But yesterday the glass plate cracked for the 3rd time since I bought it. I was only using the convection at 180 degrees. This should not happen. It is inconvenient and costs me about R350 a time - probably going to be more now. What quality glass are Samsung using for the plate?</p>
