Replacement phone unavailable/No longer registered

I am very disappointed with the services of ADH premium regarding my Samsung.

The screen cracked in April of this year. I telephoned ADH premium services , who checked the phone ID , agreed that it was registered with them - but then told me that they had no loan telephone available and that I must try again at a later stage.

I have now telephoned again to be told that my telephone is no longer registered with them , that I must find the original purchase contract and email to them to be re-registered.

It seems to me as though they are attempting to get out of repairing the telephone.

How could the telephone be registered in April ( they checked the telephone ID) and then disappear off the records?

The telephone was purchased on contract nearly two years ago. I cannot find a copy of the purchase agreement. This is causing me endless hassles and waste of time. And this shouldnt even be a requirement as I registered the telephone as instructed within 30 days of purchase ( as was evidenced in my telephone call in April when it was registered)

Is the ADH premium service just a marketing tool as I have received no benefit from it?
