Replacement Battery

26 Months ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. The battery is now giving me problems, and I need to have it replaced. I spent this morning walking through the Mall of the North, To the Samsung shop, and all of the cell phone shops to enquire about a new battery. It would appear as if I must now have my tablet sent away to have a battery installed. No one could give me an estimated price. Who is going to hand over their tablet for a minimum of 21 days just to have a battery replaced? We spend a lot of money buying these things, only to discover that no one in Polokwane can assist me. This tablet is used for work, and I cannot afford to let it be away for such a long time. Can someone please give me a satisfactory answer?
