Repeated battery swelling and general uselessness.

So Samsung repaired my faulty battery initially and then Insurance gave me a new one and guess what the battery is swelling AGAIN! I have next to 0 battery life and can only use it on charge. Pathetic. To make things worse it is not covered by warranty as Vodacom sold me a AA battery AFTER THE DAMN RECALL I was initially inconvenienced by! To make it even worse NOBODY STOCKS S4 BATTERIES! So now we wait.. Samsung pretend to know nothing about this and quite evidently do not care about the effects it has on users and the human beings that expect premium service from a premium product. LAUGHABLE.<br> <br> Bottom line is - This company is full of s*** and don't know what is going on with their own products, customers and policies. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG. just don't do it.
