Repairs on Samsung S4

i have a Samsung Galaxy S4 on a contract with Vodacom. I took the phone in for a screen repair early in February 2015 also mentioned that i got a battery problem. I receive the phone back as promised, but nothing was done about the battery problem. I used the phone and the battery issue just got worse. I bought a new battery but the problem still continue.

I sent the phone in for repairs again with the main problem for battery and charging issues. The phone was under repairs for more than a week. They come back to me on the return of the phone and said that the charging unit was faulty. They repaired it.

On receiving the phone i start using it. The second day the phone just switched of with about 70%of battery life. I bought another new battery, thinking that the other battery could have been damaged. This problem keep going on. I got another replacement phone from a friend and is not using the phone at all. This is really inconvenient.

My contract relapse on June 2015.

I cannot or are not interesting in a Samsung phone anymore as this is the service you get from them.

Kind regards

Corrie van Niekerk
