Repairs Devision Pathetic

I went to Samsung repair centre on 14th ave,what a mess the place looked like a madhouse.After figuring put where to go i booked in THREE cell phones.Taariq luckily assisted me,there i was told there is No parts available for my TWO BRAND NEW S6 and older S4 .Ive waited about two weeks and FINALLY Samsung phoned me and said the one S6 only needed an software upgrade.....I asked them to please test the speach again,so they did and i got my phone [URL Removed] after it went through their SO CALLED quality check...its still broken.Im not an cell phone technicion but after my first caal i made i discovered my clients on other side of the line can still not hear me.What now ive got a hell expensive S6 that Samsung cant fix.And by the way i still havent heard a word about my other two repairs from Samsung...Pathetic.I wont suggest anybody else to by these phones...
