Repairs

I am unable to get my device back from Samsung since December 2015. I have been back to the Samsung repair centre in Century City but they keep on giving me different excuses and giving me different contact numbers that never seem to work.

I hope Samsung is not trying to tell me I need to resolve this myself as I took my device into a Samsung Repair centre.

"Kindly note that I tried calling you on ********** , I have left a voice message advising that I will follow up the call with a detailed email.

In regards to your complaint escalated to Samsung Voice of Customer Department for the GT-P5200ZWEXFV / RF1DA27939Z.

Please note that I have been in contact with the Regional Manager for the Western Cape regarding your device that has not been given back to you by Kidger Support Services.

It has been confirmed your device was not handed to the alternate Smartcare centre when Kidger Support Services closed.

Below is the contact number of the then owner of Kidger Support for assistance in retrieving your device.

Colin Hartley – ********** ".

Thanks for nothing Samsung. I paid for the tablet and just wanted to repair it but now someone sold my device without notfying me. It looks like Samsung will take no responsibility and accountability for their service centre even though they never followed their own policies.
