Repairs
I have still not been assisted since I have logged my previous two reviews one was for telkom pathetic service and the second was for telkom and Samsung.. My device has been in for repairs since last year August.. It went from telkom store at trade route to Samsung in sandton.. They kept quoting me 9000 for a device I did not damage and was in excellent condition.. I will not pay the amount.. As my device was suppose to be under 2 years warranty.. Samsung has not given feedback and have not returned my device since.. Worse service ever.. Please call or email me asap
