Repair centre taking 5 months to replace my phone.
I have been very patient for 5 months!! I have handed my 5 month old phone to Samsung for repairs and I can’t get my phone back now!! Samsung has issued a note for replacement or a credit, but that's it. I see there is no one who is willing to take responsibility for it. Please issue me with the Credit Note as the phone in question is already off the market and became a very old model. I would like to get a feedback today. The only person who is always helping is George at Fourways Crossing. Otherwise there is no feedback.
