Repair centre inadequate

Took a cellphone for repairs on Sunday, 21/2/16. Was appalled by the space provided for 3 Assistants to service customers & carryout repairs to cellphones.<br> The is less than two square metres & two Assistants are seated, with no room to move their chairs. The third Assistant remains standing as there is no other seating facility.<br> The cellphones taken in for repair as well as those where repairs were completed, are stored in a large plastic box stored on the floor.<br> This is a disgrace for a company of this magnitude & the Labour Department could be contacted to carry out an inspection & make a finding, to the detriment of the company. <br> The service provided by the Assistants was encouraging, given their appalling working conditions.
