REPAIR Centre in Century City ************** - HOW RIDICULOUS!!

<p>I called the Samsung Repair offices in Century City.</p> <p>Firstly, my J7 fell and I know that the repair centre fixes Sumsungs within a 2 year range. BUT when i called, they nicely informed me that they do not repair J7 Samsungs for free but they repair the S range and Notes for free. Why are they discriminating? The J7 is a cheaper Saunsung phone, you dont want to fix but you make the consumer buy it then want to charge half the phone's value to fix it? Why the **************? The J7 is a newer version of the Samsung range, so why is it NOT being sorted to like the rest?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please urgently advise!</p> <p>I feel that this is unfair as they should have option for the J range aswell as for the A range.</p> <p>If anyone could assist in getting back to me this would really be appreciated.</p>
