Repair Centre

My samsung galaxy s6 has various hardware faults which I mentioned to you on facebook, <br> Camera focusing jammed, Fast charging capability not working, home button stuck (keeps pushing itself)<br> You then advised me to take it to the samsung approved repair centre in my area: SSS Cellular, which I did.<br> I received my phone 2 weeks later, with them claiming that it has been repaired under warranty..<br> The phone has infact not been repaired and still the existing problems persist making the phone unusable<br> I dont know if you pay SSS Cellular for their warranty jobs, but I'd advise that you stop referring customers to them. They have wasted my time and travelling expenses to no avail.<br> Please can someone contact me regarding the repair of my phone<br> <br>

Thanks Samsung, after being skeptical about the repair work, I have collected my phone and can say that the Samsung Service Centre in Constantia have successfully repaired my device. Please as per my initial report, stop referring customers to SSS Cellular, they are wasting customers and your time and money

Rep**** too soon, problems still persist as originally reported. I live in the east rand and have to drive to the west rand to drop this phone off each time, basically writing off an entire day. I think its fair that you guys collect/repair/deliver this time. As you've wasted my time. Or Better yet, if nobody can fix this problem on this expensive phone, give me a new phone!
