Repair

<p>I sent my phone for repairs and was told that it will be done in 3-5 working days. Today is the 6th working day and when i phoned the rude woman in the call centre told me that she does not know when the phone will be done as they still awaiting parts and some parts may or may not come as yet. They could accept the R4000 for repairs in a rush without any worries now I sit without a phone yet i have paid for the parts which Samsung does not have</p>
