Refusal to repair phone screen

I sent my Samsung S6 Edge in for repairs to Samsung as it was not charging. The screen was also to be replaced as it was cracked. The phone is only a few months old yet I received an e mail with a quotation attached for almost R4000. Am I correct to believe that these phones get at least 1 free screen replacement if it is within it's warranty period? On the e mail it said the rear casing was dented yet when I sent it in it was not and even the guy helping me did not see any damage at the back. I rep**** to the quotation requesting why I had to pay in akmost R4000 for a phone that is still under warranty and was duelly ignored. I would like them to explain why the phone will not be repaired

I was contacted by Sthembiso from Samsung and he requested I send through the quote with the job number. Refilwe then responded via e mail with a new quote to replace the rear casing as it was "dented". I requested a photo of the "dented case" stating that when I handed it in there was no dent at the rear. She then asked Pooven to assist and since then I have had no reply. Very bad service. This phone was handed in on the 21st of December 2016
