Refusal of repairing a microwave based on race

A year back my husband took one of his clients TV to Samsung (The Wedge) for repairs ,he didn't have a receipt but because he indicated it belonged to one of his clients (who is white) ,they took the item, scanned and checked if same was still under warranty. The TV was repaired free of charge. A few days back he took our microwave in for repairs, he was asked about the receipt he indicated he doesn't have one, he took the microwave thinking the same rules apply, but no because we are black, they required the receipt of he has to pay R1100 for them to repair the microwave, what happened to them scanning the item number to see if it's still has warranty, we lost the receipt while moving, and we wouldn't have taken it there knowing very well it doesn't have warranty. There is a huge sticker in front indicating it has 10 years warranty, we bought the microwave about 2years ago. I'm not trying to make this a race thing, but I fail to understand why we are treated differently in terms of the procedures when it do long ago we took something there belonging to someone else and it was repaired. If that wasn't done we wouldn't have taken the microwave to them, but because we know they have a way of finding the product number hence we took it to them. The guys at the door were just plain rude and treat people bad based on their colour. I'm seriously not happy at all, we can have people who still operate like this ,in this day and age. We are busy fighting a pandemic,we can't be forced to also fight ******.
