Refund policy

Bought a sound bar on 6/01/16. Sub woofer broke end Feb. Took it back, replaced sub, replacement sub is also not working properly. Went to the store and asked for a refund, said they must send it away to see if it is faulty before they can refund. Its been 3 weeks (took it in 28/05). Not a word from Samsung. According to Consumer Act I am entitled to a full refund if I am not happy with the product. After getting the run around of having to take the item to repair supplier and given the wrong address/supplier by the store manager, sitting in unnecessary queues and having to take it back to the store in the end anyway. (Store managers need training on policies and procedures) Pls check Section 56 Consumer Protection Act. I have been without sound in my entertainment area for 3 weeks. I feel I have been more than reasonable. I have lost faith in this product and I want a refund.
