Refund back with VOC department who couldn't do it in four months

I have been waiting about four months for a refund on a warranty claim which is close to a year old, after sitting with the VOC department for all this time it is back with them.

I sent proof account which, due to them taking so long to issue the refund required me to send it again, which was done last week.

I was told I should receive a refund by Friday last week, today I was told maybe next week Monday, this is how this case is running for close to year.
