REFRIGERATOR SALE
I have bought a refrigerator in House a Home on Dec 7th . The sales man convince me to buy the Samsung brand claiming they are giving vouchers
I have contacted samsung for the voucher and was told that i cannot claim for the voucher because i paid with a company card of which they never told me at the store . I asked them if i can pay with that card and they agree , fully aware that i am buying cos of the voucher
No one told me about the terms and conditions involved
I would like to return the product due to the fact that i was mislead and samsung is now telling me about the terms and conditions only know to them
