Refreshingly great call centre attitude
I have a Samsung S5 that has been giving me device storage issues and would not let me view anything in the media gallery, nor access attachments in emails etc. He took me thrugh the device step up step over the phone, was patient with me scratching around settings etc. He was great. Not only was my issue excellently resolved but his attitude and friendly manner made it a breeze. the call was even less than 10 minutes.<br> Thank you Tumi, keep shining:)
