I have purchased a Samsung TV set at Hirsch's Meadodale. This product is still under waranty and experiencing problems. They have send out a service repair centre by the name SSS Cellular. I tried my level best to contact the owner by the name Gert to get information. They took my number but to date never contacted me. I have contacted Samsung with reference ********** 713 to assist with the current problem. I do not want to run down any business but there is just no assistance nor honoring their warranty commitment.
