Reduction of media quality on WhatsApp
I recently switched from Apple to Samsung and noticed that the quality of photos and videos changes significantly (lowered) when uploaded as a status on WhatsApp. After a bit of research from other users, I visited the Sandton store where it was confirmed that media quality decreases. As someone who does not use any other social media platform and only posts on WhatsApp, I am so disappointed and have spent R30 000 on a phone I cannot even do the bare minimum with. I would not recommend it to anyone based on just this issue.
