Redeeming of 32" TV

I have been struggling with Samsung on redeeming my "free" 32" TV after buying a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G CASH!!! The first attempt was made the 10th of December and every second week since then.

Today, I have had my latest call with them, an Agent that was on the line with me for 25 minutes discussing that my package has been dispatched but I did not understand how it was dispatched without me having the code to redeeming it after them telling me the first code they gave me was invalid?

Samsung has given me this poor service a couple of months ago when I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S20+ that came with the buds. I waited 6 months. I thought this time around it'd be better.
