Redeem my Scoop Speaker? Hopefully in this lifetime!
Was promised a Scoop speaker with any new contract with Vodacom. Ordered it online with the app. Then queried non-delivery. Ticket#[125023] refers. Promises and more broken promises from Samsung since last year; checking with the courier etc. etc. LAME! Needless to say, this is my last transaction with either SAMSUNG or VODACOM
