Receiving feedback shortly with a resolution????

I am still very disappointed with Samsung!<br> <br> They responded wich gave me some hope though the matter is far from sorted!<br> <br> I actually think the process took a step backwards! If that is even possible!<br> <br> So they send me a response, see below.<br> <br> This is to acknowledge your complaint.<br> <br> We have read your concerns.<br> The query is currently escalated to our Voice of customer team under reference number: <br> <br> A senior customer service executive will contact you with further advise on the matter.<br> <br> Regards<br> Samsung South Africa<br> <br> I have still not received that call from a senior customer service executive?<br> <br> Then the people from Buy And Get send me an SMS with the first steps to follow if I would like to get my weekend away with a new pin code, so now I am confused, do I have to start the process again? <br> <br> BUT THEN I got a new response from Samsung SA See Below<br> <br> Kindly note that we have escalated your complaint through to Buy and Get's management. You will be receiving feedback shortly with a resolution.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Samsung South Africa<br> <br> It is almost a week later, still nothing from them? <br> <br> What are YOU doing Samsung and Co? <br> <br> Can someone just call me!!!!
