R30,000 Samsung TV – Repaired Twice, Broken Again Review: I purchased a high-end Samsung TV for R30,000, paid in cash

R30,000 Samsung TV – Repaired Twice, Broken Again Review: I purchased a high-end Samsung TV for R30,000, paid in cash. It broke within the first year. I requested a replacement but was told it would be repaired and not fail again. Unfortunately, the TV broke a second time, was repaired again, and has now failed for the third time. Despite this clear pattern, Samsung still insists on repairing it instead of replacing the unit. I own multiple TVs and have owned many over the years—none have had this issue. This points to a defective unit. I am also a long-standing Samsung customer with many Samsung appliances in my home, which makes this treatment even more disappointing. For a premium brand, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. I advise consumers to think carefully before buying Samsung high-end TVs, as quality and support do not match the price.
