R2,700 to fix fridge without fixing the problem plus additional problems
My Samsung double door fridge started leaking water inside the fridge. An authorised Samsung agent, MMR Electronics in PE, came to do an assessment and advised the evaporator needed to be replaced. Well after installing the new evaporator and paying R2,700 the problem is not fixed - it continues to leak water inside the fridge. What's worse is that now the water in the water dispenser pipe is freezing up too since the repair was done.
