Quote discrepancies

Last week I phoned Samsung Somerset, for a quote on my Samsung J2 LCD. I first spoke to a Eugene and he advised that the cost will be R700 for the replacement all included. Two days after that I phoned again, and spoke to Ahmed, which also confirmed the R700 all included repairs. Base on the information at hand wich was confirmed by two employees of Samsung I decided to repair the phone as my wife only paid R2500 for which to me was affordable. On Sunday we went to theSomeret West Samsung store to deliver the phone and the R700 cost to repair my LCD was once again confirmed by a gentleman. (Cant remember his name) The lady which took in my phone advise me that their will be a cost of R150 if I dont except the quote, which upon I said to her that I will proceed with the repairs as I already know the cost. Nobody at that time advised me otherwise. When I received the quote via email, the amount came down to R1027. Also when Ahmed contacted me he was very arrogant, disrespectful and very unprofessional towards me. I also need to add that someone constantly followed up *** - cant remember name) which was I nice gesture.
