quotation of R3078.00 for a cellphone inwarranty

so ive booked my samsung S3 mini and Tab 3 7 inch into samsung century city on the 27th and left my cell phone as well as work telephone numbers and had not been contacted ,by chance i had checked my emails yesterday and found this quotation in my inbox, i rep**** to email stating that i need a explanation and also that i had left my deatils i called the number and it rings off the endlessly to the this hour i have still not received a call from anybody at samsung ,also this S3 mini is still in warranty its only 4 months old and i have had this problem with it heating up since the second week i also attepted to go to telkom store who i have the contract with and i was told its software related and the guy did the updates but two days later it did the same thing and the battery also runs down very quickly i find this extremely hard to believe that it has water damage and lcd problems as well as made board needs to be replaced this device doesnt even cost that much cash , is samsung replacing this phone or what someone needs to call me as i did not fill in that form for nothing and this is the second time its happening that i have been called the last time was last year may .R3078.00
