QLED 65" TV Samsung
Where to begin….. I bought the Samsung TV (QLED 65”) at Makro (17 March) having the idea that Samsung is a good brand and the best at making Smart TV’s. Well I had the wrong idea clearly, after a week testing the TV out I noticed that the voice command feature is not responding and started trouble shooting contacting self service live chat. Then it was recommended that I need to take the remote to the closes branch to test and the remote worked perfectly. After yet again speaking to Samsung live chat, they arranged for technician to come and investigate. The technician arrived and started problem solving. After a few discussions he recommended that he can plug in a ****le to resolve this issue? I made him understand that I don’t want repairs or ****les I need a new unit. How can you repair something that is brand new?? He agreed that that the unit needs replacement (31 March). Until today I have not received my replacement. I have spent over R18K on this TV. Have followed numerous times via E-mail, phone and live chat.. The same feedback every time.. Will follow up or I’m very sorry to hear.. Just want to say that I’m utterly disappointed at the non-exiting after service. Even with live chat they promise me that the manager will contact me and never happened. Please can someone tell me what to do as this has been going on for 31 Days… NEVER WILL I BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN
